After operating under "The Sassy Bowtique" for 6+ years, I have decided I have no other choice but to change our name. I've branched out in the boutique community and have been offering embroidered/applique items for a year and a half. Since I now cater to adults as well as girls AND boys, The Sassy Bowtique just doesn't seem appropriate. After all, what little boy wants to tell his friends that his cool new shirt came from The Sassy Bowtique??? I've gone back and forth about this name change for over a year. It's bittersweet to me since The Sassy Bowtique is where it all started. I've been receiving emails (not very good ones) from customers of other Sassy Bowtique companies and honestly, that makes me
a little very nervous. I want my reputation to be based on my work, not that of others. This has sort of helped me decide to go ahead with the name change. Sooo, we will now be operating under (drum roll please).......
Initial Addiction
Do you love it? I do!!! I think it's perfect! Since starting the embroidering 'hobby' I have felt like
almost everything needs an initial/monogram. This name serves a dual purpose because I want you to have an Initial Addiction as well!!!! I am in the process of stocking my new Etsy shop. I currently still have some items in my old shop. They will be available until they sell and then I'll close the shop. I hope you will decide to stay around and make this transition with me. After all, without you, my fabulous customers, there is no company. Please spread the word to all your friends!!
